There's also a good writeup about Donny Rumsfeld on that site too. It's a 10 page article about what an asshole he is. Quite a read.
I don't think creepy quite does it--outrageous is more like it. We do have something called separation of church and state in this country and this is a clear violation.
Of course, it's right in line with the religious classes that were being run by army officers all throughout the war and that have been severely criticised.
